Is GST included in the pricing shown above?

Accepted Answer

The prices listed are exclusive of GST. An additional 18% GST will be applicable on all plans as per Indian tax regulations. You will receive a GST-compliant tax invoice that you can use for input tax credit (ITC) claims. Our GSTIN is displayed on every invoice.

What payment methods and terms do you support?

We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, credit/debit cards, and cheques. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. For Enterprise clients, we also offer quarterly billing on request. All payments are processed in INR. We issue proforma invoices before payment and tax invoices upon receipt.

Is there a free trial? What happens when it ends?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial on the Starter and Professional plans with full access to all features in that tier. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, your data is preserved for 30 days while you decide. If you subscribe, everything picks up right where you left off. If not, your data is securely deleted after the retention period.

Question 4

Where is my data stored? Do you comply with Indian data residency requirements?

All Stayntra data is hosted on servers located in Mumbai and Hyderabad (AWS ap-south-1 region), ensuring full compliance with Indian data residency norms. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We perform daily automated backups with 30-day retention and support point-in-time recovery for Enterprise clients.

Can Stayntra integrate with Tally ERP / Tally Prime?

Yes. The Enterprise plan includes native Tally export that generates XML files compatible with Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9. You can export guest folios, revenue summaries, GST reports, accounts receivable/payable, and city ledger data directly into Tally. The sync can be scheduled daily or triggered manually. QuickBooks export is also available on the Enterprise plan.

We currently use a different PMS. How does migration work?

We have dedicated migration tooling for major Indian hotel PMS platforms, including legacy desktop systems and traditional cloud PMS software. Our team handles the complete data migration — guest profiles, reservation history, rate plans, folios, and city ledger balances. A typical migration takes 3-5 business days. For Professional plans, migration assistance is included at no extra cost. Enterprise clients receive white-glove migration with parallel-run support to ensure zero disruption.

How many users can I add? Is there a per-user fee?

The Starter plan includes up to 5 user accounts. The Professional and Enterprise plans include unlimited users at no additional per-user cost. All plans support role-based access control so you can define granular permissions for front desk staff, housekeeping, managers, and owners.

Do you support OTA integrations and channel management?

Accepted Answer

The Professional and Enterprise plans include a built-in Channel Manager that provides two-way real-time sync with major OTAs including MakeMyTrip/Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Yatra, Cleartrip, and Airbnb. Rate and inventory updates reflect across all connected channels within seconds, eliminating overbookings. The integrated Booking Engine also lets you accept commission-free direct bookings from your hotel website.

What kind of support do you offer? Do you provide on-site training?

Starter plan includes email support during business hours (Mon-Sat, 9 AM - 7 PM IST). Professional plan adds priority email and phone support with a 4-hour response SLA. Enterprise plan includes a dedicated account manager, 1-hour response SLA, on-site training at your property (metro cities included; travel costs apply for other locations), and quarterly business reviews. All plans include access to our knowledge base, video tutorials, and onboarding webinars.

Question 10

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan mid-year?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. When upgrading, you pay only the prorated difference for the remaining months in your billing cycle, and the new features are activated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date to ensure uninterrupted access to your current features. If you manage multiple properties, each property can be on a different plan based on its needs.
